Starting weight: 106 kilos (June 2008)
July 2008: 103 kilos
August 2008: 100 kilos
September 2008: 95 kilos
October 2008: 94 kilos
November 2008: 93 kilos
December 2008: 92 kilos
January 2009: 90 kilos
February 2009: 93.6 kilos (Ooops!)
March 2009: 91.8 kilos (Whew!)

April to July 2013: FELL OFF THE BANDWAGON.

July 17, 2013: 108 kilos (237 lbs)
August 15, 2013:  kilos (225 lbs)

    you’re making a lot of progress. 🙂 may i suggest that you use the scale in mercury drug, which is awesome? it tracks your height, weight, fat mass, and bmi. this is how me and my friend are keeping track of our progress. we do weigh in’s every three weeks. i dont know the philosophy behind it, but that’s how the awesome panda wants it.
