Cream dory sarciado

For lunch today, I made a cream dory fillet sarciado, which is diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and olives. I’m sorry, but it was incredible.

Based on my computations, it was about 440 calories for the fish, 100 calories for the olives, negligible value for the onions and garlic, and about 100 calories for the tomatoes. 200 calories for the orzo pasta. 840 calories for a dish that knocked my socks off. I’m sorry, but it was worth it.
