Progress Report (July 28, 2012)

I formally started my new program (jumpstarted by Sexy Solutions) last July 5, 2012, when I had a consultation with Jean (and fitness consultant) Edward Mendez of Sexy Solutions.

I weighed 242 lbs at the time. (I know. Eight pounds more and I would have qualified for The Biggest Loser Philippines.)

It’s been three weeks since we met up and here is the exciting report:

I’ve dropped 11 pounds! I’ve been eating healthier, moving around a lot more, and have had a total of seven treatments on my abdomen that have resulted in an almost 10-inch loss all around it!

I’m so excited for where this will take me! (Hopefully, nice and good weight loss before the October 12 concert of Wilson Phillips Live in Manila.)


Saturday July 21

For today, I had:

  • Breakfast: Bangus fillets (canned, 270cal in total) with eight Magic crackers
  • Lunch: Small ball of pho from Pho Hoa (gosh, so delicious!)
  • Afternoon: Two fillets of fish and vegetables with peanut sauce (at my grand-aunt’s wake)
  • Dinner: Laswa (vegetable soup) and grilled chicken from Bacolod Chicken Inasal

Friday July 20

For today, I had the following:

  • Breakfast: Egg white omelet with tuna and lots of water
  • Lunch: Mediterranean chicken skewers with veggies
  • Dinner: Tuna salad, noodle broth, and two steamed dumplings

I also did a heckuva lot of walking because of the day’s errands. Definitely past 10,000 steps. *grin*
