Breakfast (The Sandwich Guy)

Country Tuna Sandwich – 350 calories
Veggie Salad – 350 calories

I just want to comment about The Sandwich Guy, which has an outlet near my office. I love this restaurant! Today, I had the country tuna, which was great, and a veggie salad, which could’ve been better (because they slathered mustard-mayo all over it before I could say no, so it was really fatty, but so delicious!) I plan to eat here more often. The sandwiches are healthy and not too expensive, especially compared to Oliver’s or Kenny Rogers. You guys should check out The Sandwich Guy.)


Race For Life 2009

On October 10, 2009, the Real Life Foundation will host its annual Race For Life. For only PHP350, you can help sponsor a scholar of the Real Life Foundation, plus run with hundreds – if not thousands – of other civic-minded runners and running enthusiasts. More information here.

At-Home Weight Training

  • Squats
  • Calf Raises
  • Weighted Hamstring Stretches
  • Push-ups
  • I’ve lost some muscle mass because I’ve been lazy the past few weeks. I’m angry, which is a good place to be. Later for lunch, I’ll walk to Fully Booked to get my wife a present for her birthday, then I’ll pick up a fruit shake on the way back. 🙂


    Del Monte Orange Juice with C-Lium – 100 calories
    Tuna Sandwich (Baguette) – 450 calories (Ouch!)

    Lunch (Coffee Bean)

    Greek salad – 200 calories
    Cafe Americano w/ Splenda – 11 calories


    Vegetables in coconut milk – 240 calories
    6 Doritos chips – 120 calories

    Dinner (McDonald’s)

    Fillet O’Fish – 380 calories
    A handful of French Fries – 100 calories

    Total: 1,601 calories

    You know I royally screwed up

    Okay, I confess, I fell off the bandwagon.

    I confess I have been unsuccessful at eating the right foods, and avoiding the wrong foods in moderation.

    I confess I have not been exercising regularly. My cardio and weight training have been sporadic at best.

    I confess I have been snacking with the wrong snacks, at the wrong time, for the wrong reasons.

    I confess… I am currently 210lbs.

    I’ve gained 12 lbs back.

    The good news is, I’m not giving up. I’m getting back on.

    Pray for me, please.
