Today was a bad day. Fast food EVERYWHERE. Tomorrow’s a holiday, so maybe I can work on some healthier fare.

I was such a big slob today. My BMR, though, is 2,547 calories/day, so I actually kept within my maintenance. Plus, I must’ve walked, like, an hour and a half in total today, shopping and being all husband-y.

Steamed pechay with bagoong – 80 calories (no joke, I love it! Steamed veggies all the time!!)

Afternoon Snack

Dinner

Steamed spinach with bagoong – 138 calories

Dessert – Nestle Yogurt (Buco Pandan) -110 calories (Side comment: the container of yogurt I opened had literally two pieces of nata. What the heck, Nestle?!)

Total: 1109 calories

I know it’s way below the 1800 required, which may slow down my metabolism. But I really didn’t have time to eat today, it was such a busy day!
