My achy breaky arms

Earlier this week, I did weight training for the first time in months. Legs on Tuesday morning, then arms on Friday morning. I’m in pain. That’s a good thing. :) I’ve also been more conscious with what I’m eating, so good for me. Salads once a day, cereal in the morning with skim milk… I’m feeling good about this. Slow and steady wins the race. I also have great plans for the Christmas break that hopefully will have me coming in to work a little slimmer in 2010. :)

I can’t wait to start running again.

Meanwhile, honesty policy: I weighed myself this evening and I’m 214lbs. So I guess we have to start from there.
