At-Home Weight Training
I’ve lost some muscle mass because I’ve been lazy the past few weeks. I’m angry, which is a good place to be. Later for lunch, I’ll walk to Fully Booked to get my wife a present for her birthday, then I’ll pick up a fruit shake on the way back.
