1 glass iced tea – 110 calories
Dinner
Jollibee TLC burger – 410 calories
Filet mignon, 3oz – 175 calories
1/2 cup rice – 100 calories
Stringbeans with beef – 160 calories
Ice cream cone – 195 calories
Total: 2,360
Today was a bad day. Fast food EVERYWHERE. Tomorrow’s a holiday, so maybe I can work on some healthier fare.

I could think you’re an OC. Calculating the number of calories your taking in a day is way scientific; but what you are doing really make sense. Galing!
