Lunch
Arroz caldo – 600 calories
Ice cream pop – 200 calories
Afternoon Snack
Iced Tea – 20 calories
Dinner (Racks)
Pork ribs with 2 tbsps BBQ sauce – 850 calories
Baked beans – 120 calories
Two bananas with ice cream – 210 calories
Total: 2442 calories
I was such a big slob today. My BMR, though, is 2,547 calories/day, so I actually kept within my maintenance. Plus, I must’ve walked, like, an hour and a half in total today, shopping and being all husband-y.

love your journal. i had an eating journal a couple of decades ago too. myadvice is dont deprive yourself to much on food. justeat everything in moderation. and like running jut enjoy it. regards.
